Is Man Utd facing Charity Shield’s curse?

Charity Shield winner does not win EPL for 11 consecutive seasons. Will it be 12 consecutive seasons because current holder Man Utd is having such a bad season-opening run? I wish not.

Anyway, Man Utd is the latest EPL champions who broke Charity Shield’s curse 11 seasons ago, 1996/97 by beating Newcastle United to retain the title.
I hope this season; Man Utd will break this curse again.

Stay calm Man Utd! Bad run is temporary and part of football. We will start a good run next week by beating Tottenham, a club who uses to lose to Big Four. From there, Man Utd will have amazing form that gives EPL title.

Fergie is ‘sackable’

Do not forget that David Gill, chief executive of Man Utd, said that ‘Ferguson is sackable’ in 2005.

After losing city rival Man City this week, having not yet won a match this season; will this quote comes true if Man Utd bad run stretch to a match or two? Also, modern football does not patient in losing matches.

I wish Glazer family and David Gill stay calm and support Sir Alex as they always do. Bad run is part of football. It is just temporary for a club like Man Utd.

Overall, Man Utd is not too far behind other Big Three as they all draw this week.

Man Utd will win EPL this season; anyway, anyhow.
